Agreement

By accessing the website or using our services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Educational purpose

Sparta Vista provides general education, planning frameworks, community, and organizational support. Content and assessments are informational and are not financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, mental-health, insurance, credit-repair, or individualized professional advice. We do not guarantee benefits eligibility, approval, investment performance, income, employment, business success, or any specific result.

Independent professional advice

You remain responsible for your decisions. Consult appropriately qualified and licensed professionals before acting on matters involving finances, taxes, law, insurance, investments, health, disability benefits, or other regulated services. Any regulated service offered in the future will be identified separately and provided only through appropriately licensed persons or entities.

Accounts, submissions, and acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, safeguard any account credentials, and use the services lawfully. You may not interfere with site operation, probe security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape or reproduce protected content at scale, or use the services to violate another person’s rights.

Purchases and cancellations

Prices, deliverables, scheduling terms, cancellation rules, and any refund policy presented at checkout or in a written service agreement become part of these terms. Unless a specific written policy states otherwise, completed consultations and delivered digital or customized materials are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Intellectual property

The website, Sparta Vista name and branding, Personal Economy Map framework, written materials, graphics, software, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Sparta Vista and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use materials for your personal, noncommercial use. No ownership rights are transferred.

Third-party services

The services may link to or rely on third-party platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by its own terms.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sparta Vista and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to that claim during the preceding six months. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sparta Vista and its owners and personnel from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue features and may suspend access for violations, security risks, or legal reasons. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Stark County, Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

General terms

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable written service agreement constitute the agreement concerning the services.
